I recently participated as faculty in the "Innovations in Shoulder & Elbow Arthroplasty" course which was hosted by DJO in Miami. It was an honor to be asked to instruct other surgeons on the newest techniques in Shoulder surgery. As always, I learned as much as I taught. Course participants were present from Korea, Australia and throughout the U.S. I lectured on glenoid options in total shoulder replacement and demonstrated shoulder replacement techniques in the lab.
